XeuMeuLeu is an open-source cross-platform C++ stream oriented library on top of Apache Xerces for manipulating XML and Apache Xalan for applying XSL transformations.

XeuMeuLeu has been reported being used successfully on a number of combinations of platforms/compilers.
Usually if Apache Xerces is supported then there is a good chance that XeuMeuLeu will work. If it doesn't feel free to open a support request ticket.
